Roles and Permissions

Flowinator has two local project roles.

Project Admin

• Can edit Project Settings.
• Can add, remove, and change user roles.
• Can manage all project content.
• Can delete any item through the UI.

Artist

• Can browse project data.
• Can create workfiles, versions, and publishes.
• Can delete only items they own.
• Cannot change project settings or manage users.

Passwords are stored in local project metadata for this MVP. Use a protected shared project location and do not treat this user system as enterprise authentication.
